  The Yoga with Weights class was amazing. Had never done yoga before so I was a little scared, but it all worked out! Good stretch, a little bit of cardio, some weights, and a lot of fun!

  Simply the best! It doesn't matter what your age or fitness level is, you will get an awesome workout that's fun and challenging all in one. The staff and clients here is great and everyone feels like they are part of one big family. Highly recommend!
